At PrimeConsult UK, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for our services.

Since our services involve strategic business consulting and advisory support, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we strive to ensure fair resolutions for our clients.

If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

โœ” The service was not provided as agreed due to an internal issue on our side.
โœ” A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
โœ” You have requested a refund before any consulting service has been delivered.

Refunds will not be granted if:
The service was fully provided and delivered as per the agreed scope.
The client changed their mind or no longer needs the service.
The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of service completion.

3. How to Apply for a Refund & Response Time
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Provide details of the service purchased, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
Our team will review your request within 14 business days.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

If additional information is required, we will contact you within the review period.

4. Who Determines Refund Eligibility?
All refund requests are reviewed by our management team, who assess:

โœ” The extent of service delivery before the request.
โœ” Whether a billing error or service issue occurred.
โœ” Any contractual agreements in place regarding refunds.

Refund decisions are made case by case, ensuring fair and reasonable outcomes.

5. Partial Refunds & Adjustments
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service adjustments instead of a full refund. This applies when:

โœ” The service was partially delivered, and the client is unsatisfied with the remaining portion.
โœ” A technical issue prevented full service completion, but some work was still provided.
โœ” The client prefers credit for future services instead of a refund.

We assess partial refund requests individually to maintain fairness for both parties.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
โœ” If you cancel a scheduled consulting session at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no extra cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee or loss of eligibility for rescheduling.

6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
If PrimeConsult UK must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
โœ” Notify the client as soon as possible.
โœ” Offer a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

If the client does not wish to reschedule, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:

Completed business consultations (once the session or report has been delivered).
Custom strategic reports or analysis tailored to the client.
Third-party services arranged on behalf of the client.
If you have concerns about these services, please contact us, and we will make every effort to address your issue.

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to:

โœ” Provide all necessary documentation to payment processors to refute invalid claims.
โœ” Suspend any ongoing services until the issue is resolved.
โœ” Take appropriate legal action if fraudulent disputes are detected.

To avoid unnecessary disputes, we strongly encourage clients to contact us directly for any refund or billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
